Natalia Krygowska-Nowak - researcher, anthropologist and evaluator, specializing in qualitative research. Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology, PhD student at the Faculty of Polish Studies at the Jagiellonian University, professionally associated with the Center for Evaluation and Analysis of Public Policies of the Jagiellonian University since 2017 and Institute of Sociology since 2020.

She combines extensive research experience with scientific work. She pursues her interests by participating in projects related to broadly understood social issues in the areas of: the quality of human capital, the labor market, and active ageing. As a research expert, she works in research teams implementing projects in cooperation with institutions such as: PARP, NCBiR, PFRON, IBE, Ministry of Investment and Development. He is also involved in research work in international projects, e.g. CareEr: Empowering informal carers, Exclusion and Inequality in Late Working Life (EIWO). She is the author of numerous reports and scientific articles; published a monograph (2018). Awarded, among others in the POLITYKA weekly competition.

She has experience in planning the research process, including the budget, implementation and analysis of research and the development of results. Currently, she is involved in the implementation of several projects, including: Incubator of Social Inclusion, City&Co: Older Adults Co-Creating a Sustainable Age-friendly City and BBKL II - Sectoral Human Capital Study II. Marketing Communication Sector where she manages the work of the team.

"After hours" she devotes herself to the passion of researching borderland cultures and new spirituality in historical and contemporary contexts.
