Scientific Association of Sociology Students at the Jagiellonian University is delighted to announce that the 11 Young Sociologists Congress will take place on April 17-19, 2020 in Cracow (Jagiellonian University, Institute of Sociology, Grodzka 52 street).

Young Sociologists Congress (Kongres Młodej Socjologii) was started over ten years ago. From the very beginning it was conceived as a space for exchanging both knowledge and experiences by young researchers, representatives of humanities and social sciences (for instance sociology, anthropology, psychology, law, political science and many others). Their papers touched a wide range of social issues – from critical analysis of everyday life, through identities and subjectivities of the contemporary city, to reflection on global village, and methodological topics of social research. Until now, the conference was provided in Polish language. Current edition will be held as an international conference. The languages of the congress will be Polish and English.
