Piotr Prokopowicz, PhD is an organizational psychologist and sociologist, an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology of Economy, Education, and Social Research Methods, a researcher at the Center for Evaluation and Analysis of Public Policies, and a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Maryland’s Culture Lab. Professionally, he is a co-founder and partner at Freenovation, a consulting company specializing in diagnosing and developing cultures of innovation. A Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund and Kosciuszko Fellow, he has also co-operated with numerous international institutions and businesses. As a trainer and consultant, he has worked with more than 100 companies, including ING Bank Śląski, Aviva, Tieto, Finance Ministry, Greenpeace Poland, Bahlsen, Sabre, and Great Place to Work Europe. In his research and consulting, he focuses on helping organizations in reaching their maximum potential through participation, transparency and evidence-based management. Fellow Member of Center for Evidence-Based Management, member of Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and European Association of Work and Organiaztional Psychology.
