In order to complete the year of studies, the PhD student is required till June 30. of each academic year to submit the following documents to the head of doctoral studies:
- report on the performance of duties in a given academic year
- opinion of the research supervisor on the scientific progress and progress in the preparation of the doctoral dissertation
- other documents required by the study program
- other documents specified by the Rector in the ordinance concerning the documentation of the course of studies
People who started their doctoral studies in the 2018/2019 academic year and earlier have been awarded the scholarship on the current terms. Scholarships are awarded from the funds of the Faculty of Philosophy.

The publications of PhD students of the Jagiellonian University should be registered in Repository of the Jagiellonian University. In case of questions or doubts regarding the methods of depositing information in Repository, you can contact the staff of the Library at the Institute of Sociology.
In order for the publications to be included in the achievements by the scholarship committee at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University, the affiliation of the Faculty of Philosophy must be provided in Repository!
